Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Visits ChinaRussian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Losyukov visited China and held consultations with his Chinese counterpart Zhang Deguang from March 28 to 30.The consultations were on a treaty concerning good-neighborliness, friendship and cooperation between China and Russia.
