Project to Protect Qinghai Lake Wetland Launched

A key state ecological project--Protection of Qinghai Lake Wetland kicked off recently. As China's biggest inland salt-water lake, Qinghai Lake covers an area of 4,500 square kilometers and is on the List of International Major Wetlands. The bird islands and wetland around it are state-level protection zones. Since late March migratory birds from Southeast Asia and south China began to hatch eggs there.

Large Sci-tech Agricultural Park in Huinan
