Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Visits China
Russia
n Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Losyukov visited China and held consultations with his Chinese counterpart Zhang Deguang from March 28 to 30.
The consultations were on a treaty concerning good-neighborliness, friendship and cooperation between China and Russia. The two sides also exchanged views on bilateral and international issues.
Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister Liu Guchang also met and held talks with Losyukov.
