Putu Ardana told reporters in Medan, capital of North Sumatra province, on Friday. Ardana said law enforcement in Indonesia's waters has been hampered by certain limitations. But he gave no details on what limitations he meant. The Navy has set up communications equipment in Batam to anticipate all kinds of law violations in its waters, he was quoted by the Antara News Agency as saying. |
