Bodies of All 18 Killed in US Plane Crash Recovered

Eighteen people were killed Thursday night as a private airplane crashed into a hillside in Aspen Town of the US state of Colorado, media reports said.

The bodies of all 18 people aboard were recovered, the reports quoted Marie Munday, a spokeswoman for the Pitkin County Sheriff's Office, as saying.

Allen Kenitzer, a Federal Aviation Administration spokesman in Seattle, said that the chartered plane, which was carrying 15 passengers and three crew, had been on a flight from Los Angeles International airport to Aspen.

The cause of the crash was not immediately known.
