Boxing Championship Scheduled in Beijing
The World Boxing Association March 27 formally notified Don King, Evander Holyfield's promoter, that this year's heavyweight Boxing Championships will be held in China, between Holyfield and Carl Lewis.
In the former Boxing Championships, Holyfield was defeated and lost his title of boxing champion to Lewis. And so whether Don King is able to send Lewis to the Boxing Championships has for a while become a thing in suspense. Both China and the US sides made so great an effort for over half a month that finally the Boxing Championships is decided to be held in
Beijing
at the appointed time.
