HK-listed China Mobile to Buy Networks from Parent
HK-listed China Mobile (
Hong Kong
) to purchase mobile phone businesses from China Mobile Communications Group, according to Ding Dinghua, CFO of China Mobile (Hong Kong).
The company plans to purchase mobile phone businesses in 18 provinces in China. The businesses are operated by China Mobile (Hong Kong)'s parent company, China Mobile Communications Group. China Mobile Communications Group has registered 16.7 million mobile phone subscribers in the 18 provinces to date.
