Vice-Premier Meets Guests from American Chamber of Commerce in HK
Chinese Vice-Premier
Li Lanqing
met with Paula DeLisle, chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in
Hong Kong
, and her party Thursday.
Li expressed appreciation over AmCham's dedication to developing Sino-US economic and trade relations in the past and its efforts to promote the US Congress to pass the bill on the permanent normal trade status for China.
He hoped that AmCham would make new contribution to the development of bilateral economic and trade relations.
Li also exchanged views on issues of common concern with the AmCham guests, who are invited by the
China Council for the Promotion of International Trade
