London, Shanghai in Joint Show on Financial Cooperation
An exhibition aimed at promoting London and Shanghai as financial centers opened in downtown Shanghai Tuesday.
The exhibition, jointly sponsored by Britain's Shanghai Consulate General and the Shanghai Stock Exchange, is a showcase of the advantages of London as a world financial center and the potential of Shanghai to become a financial center in the future.
Cooperation between London and Shanghai stock exchanges is also a major theme of the show that will last for one week.
British experts will be invited to symposiums during the week- long show to lecture on the experiences of the London Financial Town for the benefit of Shanghai.
