A delegation of the Chinese National People's Congress (NPC) headed by Jiang Zhenghua, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the NPC, left Beijing Tuesday for Havana, capital of Cuba, to attend the 105th Conference of Inter-Parliamentary Union.
