Bank of China, Hua Xia Ink Overall Cooperation

To boost inter-bank business exchanges and cooperation, Bank of China and Hua Xia Bank inked a cooperative agreement in Beijing on March 25.

Under the agreement, the two will conduct overall cooperation in the fields of information sharing, fund-raising, retail business, company deals, trade settlement, capital remitting and clearing and staff training.

With a history of over 88 years behind it, the Bank of China has established itself as a major international bank with an extensive overseas presence and undisputed reputation as a first-class provider of financial services both in China and abroad. Bank of China has made considerable progress in all business areas, it has set up a new business mode by providing all-round services under market rule.

Hua Xia Bank will play through developing inter-bank cooperation a more and more important role in facilitating China's commercial banks reform by learning successful experience from Bank of China in management, business operation, bank innovation and human resources exploitation.
