S. Korea's Foreign Minister Offers to Resign

Foreign Affairs and Trade Minister Lee Joung Binn has expressed his intention to resign, South Korean KBS television reported Sunday, quoting government sources.
The report said Lee has already told Prime Minister Lee Han Dong of his intention to step down. Meanwhile, a presidential spokesman said President Kim Dae Jung is planning to reshuffle his cabinet this week.
