2nd International Dragon Boat Rally to Kick off in Three Gorges
Approved by the State General Sports Administration (SGSA), Yichang of
Hubei
Province is to hold the second "Three Gorges Tide" International Dragon Boat Rally in the Three Gorges April 28.
The water stretch for the rally totals 756 kilometers, claiming the longest of its kind in the world. Therefore, Yichang City is ready to apply for Guinness World Record.
Some officials from SGSA recently made an inspection tour of the whole watercourse and approved the plan and also wished the competition a success.
