ROK Renowned Entrepreneur Chung Ju-yung Passed Away
Giant of the ROK economy, Hyundai group honorary chairman, renowned entrepreneur Chung Ju-yung passed away Wednesday at the age of 86.
Born into a poor farming family, he received only a minimal education. His long career began when he built up Hyundai Construction with his bare hands, and subsidiaries involved in shipbuilding and automobile production would soon follow, making Hyundai a competitor on the world stage.
