8848.net, Kelson.com Join HandsE-business solutions provider 8848.net announced Tuesday that the company has entered into a strategic alliance with Taiwan's Kelson Consulting and Developing Inc, an application service and Internet application provider.Through the alliance, Kelson will be able to provide 8848.net with e-commerce platforms and technical support. 8848.net, in return, will transfer Kelson's ASP service to the Chinese mainland. A spokesman from Kelson said Monday that the company is mulling selling majority of its stakes to 8848.net to expand its business to the Chinese mainland.
