8848.net, Kelson.com Join Hands
E-business solutions provider 8848.net announced Tuesday that the company has entered into a strategic alliance with Taiwan's Kelson Consulting and Developing Inc, an application service and Internet application provider.
Through the alliance, Kelson will be able to provide 8848.net with e-commerce platforms and technical support. 8848.net, in return, will transfer Kelson's ASP service to the Chinese mainland.
A spokesman from Kelson said Monday that the company is mulling selling majority of its stakes to 8848.net to expand its business to the Chinese mainland. The final amount is not expected to be released at least until next month, he added.
