Tuesday morning for a goodwill visit to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (
DPRK
).
Zeng, also member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and head of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, is invited by the Workers' Party of Korea.
