Yugoslavia, Albania Agree to Reestablish Diplomatic TiesYugoslavia and Albania announced Thursday that the two countries reached agreement on reestablishing diplomatic relations, which were severed in 1999 as a result of the Kosovo crisis.Yugoslavian Foreign Affairs Minister Goran Svilanovic and Albanian Foreign Minister Paskal Milo made the announcement at a press conference held after their talks.
