New Chinese ambassador to
Myanmar
Li Jinjun Tuesday presented his credentials to Chairman of the Myanmar State Peace and Development Council (SPDC) Senior-General Than Shwe.
Than Shwe said the friendly relations of the two countries are forged on the basis of the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence.
The Chinese ambassador stressed that development of friendly ties with neighbors including Myanmar constitutes a basic state policy of the Chinese government.
