Ufsoft Mulls Going Public on Main Board

Software maker Ufsoft Group Thursday said it may turn to the main-board as its proposed debut on the second-tech board is being delayed.

"We won't rule out the possibility of a listing on main-board," said Tu Xiaoguang, director of the management department after China's Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) postponed the opening the second-tech board.

Ufsoft chairman said the company has handed in a plan of initial public offerings (IPO) to CSRC, waiting for its approval.

"The IPO is in progress," said Wang Wenjing, chairman of Ufsoft who is also a delegate to the ongoing National People's Congress session. He declined to give details.

CSRC, China's securities watchdog, said Tuesday it will postpone the launch of the second-tech board, `till an appropriate time' in future.
