Two Women Killed in US Shooting

A retired Navy man shot and killed his former girlfriend and her mother in a courthouse parking lot in Tennessee State in the United States Friday morning.

Michael Hill, 45, shot the women several times with a pistol after a child-support hearing in Nashville, said police spokesman Don Aaron. He fled in his car.

Hill and the two women had attended a child support hearing minutes before. The mother had custody and Hill was seeking better visitation.

The judge in the case, Betty Green, said Hill was granted visitation to see his child Friday afternoon and Saturday. "I don' t know what went wrong after that," Green said.
