Olympic Champion Ji Advances at All England Badminton

Olympic champion Ji Xinpeng made light work of Sweden's George Rimarcdi to reach the third round of the All England badminton championshis in Birmingham on Thursday.

The match turned out to be a plain sailing for the Chinese, who eased to a 15-11, 15-3 victory over Rimarcdi.

But Olympic silver medallist Hendrawan of Indonesia had to work hard before finally beating Japan's Hidetaka Yamada 7-15, 15-9, 15- 6 to reach the third round.
