Forest Fire in Sichuan Wiped out
It's reported that the forest fire breaking out February 25 in the Yajiang County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, southwest China's Sichuan Province has been brought under control thanks to the concerted efforts of over 3,700 firefighters.

March 4 saw another 1,000 persons dispatched by the Provincial Government to the fire spot, adding the number of firefighters to 3,700 in total. Besides, another 500 artificial rainfall shots have been sent to the place, planning for an additional manmade rain to control the fire. The headquarters has also commanded a strict supervision over it with continuous efforts made to prevent the resurgence of the fire.
