Collecting Honey in the Home of Rape

Huang Jingui(right), a beekeeper from Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, collects honey with his wife in a rape field in Luoping County in Yunnan Province. Farmers in Louping County, which is called "the home of rape", plants more than 300,000 mu of rape according to the need of market this year. Now, more than 1,200 beekeepers from Zhejiang, Hunan and Guizhou Province etc. come to the county with their honey-bees to collect honey when rape blossom. Their daily output of honey amounts to 1.3 ton.
