He urged all Party members, especially leading officials, to study, research and popularize the important theories of the " three representatives" as the guideline for their thought and action. The "three representatives" also must be adhered to while carrying out personnel system reform, cadre election, rural development, and the reform of State-owned enterprises. In the new situation and faced with new tasks, we must further strengthen the construction of the Party's style of work, and adhere to the Party's fine style of work: seeking truth from facts, integrating theory with practice, criticism and self-criticism, going to the grassroots and being free from arrogance and rashness.
