The first forum on the development of Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in the new century will kick off on March 10.

During the forum, experts will discuss the theme - "MBA in China and Chinese managers."

With a title of "Forum on MBA Development of China", it will invite famous economists and CEOs as well as arrange group talks among MBA representatives. There will be many important representatives in presence according to the organizer, Nanjing University on Friday.

Well-known universities and companies from home and abroad will attend the forum, including Beijing University, Qingghua University, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the University of Amsterdam.

As China develops its market economy, MBA students, strong reserves of capable managers, are in urgent need.

In the past 10 years, Chinese universities have cultivated over 10,000 qualified MBA students, with another 1,000 still pursuing their degrees.

The development of an MBA education calls for the support of the whole society, according to experts.

The organizer hoped to seize the chance and collect strategic suggestions from different circles.
