Earthquake Jolts Nantou County, Taiwan

An earthquake measuring 5.6 on the Richter Scale hit Nantou County, in central Taiwan, at 00:37 Friday (Beijing Time), according to the China Seismological Bureau.

The epicenter was located in the place of 24.0 degrees north latitude and 121.0 degrees east longitude.
