Guangzhou Mobile Provides Free Call ServiceFrom February 28, 2001, 2 million mobile phone users in Guangzhou, capital of southeast China's Guangdong Province, can enjoy free call-ads service, namely, users will be offered some free phone call service if they tune in ads on their phones. The advertisers will pay an equal sum of service fees needed on their behalf.This new service now is available for GSM mobile communication users of Guangzhou only.
