A representative of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC) left
Beijing
Thursday for a goodwill visit to
Sri Lanka
at the invitation of its ruling Liberal Party.
Li Chengren, a member of the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and former deputy head of the International Department of CPC Central Committee, will attend the annual meeting of the Liberal Party of Sri Lanka.
