China Concerned About JAL's Unfair Treatment to Chinese Passengers

China is concerned about what the Japan Airlines (JAL) has done in treating Chinese passengers, foreign ministry spokesman Zhu Bangzao said Thursday at a regular press conference.

"We have noticed that JAL has said it would carry out thorough investigation into the incident," he said. "We hope that JAL management authorities to handle it satisfactorily without any delay in a serious and responsible manner."

On January 27, more than 90 Chinese passengers on board a JAL flight were given unfair treatment by the airline company in Osaka. The passengers have expressed strong dissatisfaction with the company.
