Three Groups Established in Tianjin for Software Exportation
News from the Science and Technology Commission of Tianjin Municipality reveals that three software export-oriented groups including ExperExchange Co. Ltd., Alpha Plus Electronic Co. Ltd., and Tiancai Co. Ltd., will be set up in Tianjin to march into the international market.
Tianjin Science and Technology Commission has recently announced ten practical measures for pushing forward software exports which are succinct as follows:
1. To reshape the existing network environment of the Tianjin Software Park, establish an international outlet via the Internet so as to ensure a smooth channel for software exportation.
2. To set up three software export groups in order to render them primarily into key enterprises for software exportation by way of the existing connection channels with the US, Japan, and India.
3. To open up business offices abroad in Silicon Valley in the U.S. and Kobe in Japan respectively, to handle business dealings with American and Japanese clients and provide them with information of orders.
4. The commission will put aside some special outlay to support the export training of the software enterprises in the initial startup period.
As reported, over 30 software export products will come into being in Tianjin's software industry by the end of this year with an estimated export value of over US$50m, accounting for almost 15 percent in China's export market of software products.
