China Southern Airlines to Recruit Postgraduates
China Southern Airlines will recruit 100 postgraduates to work in the company, an airline spokesman said Friday.
The jobs will be given to those postgraduates who have completed advanced studies in international finance, securities, accounting, marketing, computer science, legal science, electronics and electric engineering, business administration and human resources management, the spokesman said.
The hiring will be done on the basis of personal interviews during which the employer will ask the applicants how they would respond under certain business situations, the spokesman said, adding that they would also provide related on-line information.
He said his company hopes to enhance its competitiveness in both the domestic and overseas air transport markets and bring about a steady improvement in profits through employing talented postgraduates.
China Southern Airlines, headquartered in Guangzhou, capital of south China's Guangdong Province, has developed into one of the country's leading air transport carriers.
