Pakistan to Free 84 Indian Fishermen
Pakistan on Friday decided to release 84
India
n fishermen as a humanitarian gesture, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
These fishermen were detained for illegal fishing in Pakistani territorial waters, it said.
The decision to release the 84 fishermen has been conveyed to the Indian government which has been advised to make arrangements for their early repatriation, it added.
