National Sets R&D Base in BeijingThe National Household Appliance Research and Development Co., Ltd. (China) was established in Beijing on February 7. As one of the R&D bases of the National in the world, the new company will mainly deal with the research and development of digital network technology, including mobile communication and digital TV.An investment plan has been made to reach US$0.4 by 2005.
