Former Yugoslav Interior Minister Found Dead

Former Yugoslav Interior Minister Zoran Sokolovic has been found dead in is car, reports Belgrade media.

The body of former Interior Minister was discovered in his Lada near the town of Knjazevac, about 125 miles south-east of Belgrade, Federal Interior Minister Zoran Zivkovic told B-92 radio.

The cause of death is unknown.

Sokolovic served as Serbian and later as Yugoslav interior minister under Milosevic and was regarded as one of the longtime leader's closest associates.
