representatives who will come to the mainland of China to attend the Asian Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit, said
Chinese Foreign Ministry
spokesman Sun Yuxi.
He told a regular press conference here Tuesday that China, as the host country, will treat Taiwan representatives to attend the First Senior Official Meeting (SOM I) or other meetings of the APEC according to the relevant APEC memorandum of understanding and the normal practice.
