Scores of Inmates on the Loose After India Quake

When India's earthquake struck, a century-old jail here crumbled, allowing 177 prisoners to escape. Four were captured trying to cross into Pakistan, authorities said Friday(Feb.2), but the others are still on the loose. The remaining 173 fugitives, who include murderers, are spreading fear among residents.
