Invocation by the Reverend Billy Graham. 1650GMT Dick Cheney is sworn in as US vice president. 1700GMT George W Bush takes the presidential oath and makes his inaugural address. This will be followed by a blessing and the rendition of the national anthem. 1800GMT The new presidential team have lunch with congressional leaders. 1915GMT The new US president leads a parade up Pennsylvania Avenue to the White House. |
