Four Executed for Abducting Women
Four criminals who abducted and sold women were executed Thursday in Suqian City of east China's Jiangsu Province.
Zheng Mingyue, Zheng Mingliang, Liu Jiuwei and Han Chenggui, all male farmers from Siyang County of Jiangsu Province, organized an underground gang who abducted, raped and sold women in Yunnan, Guizhou and Jiangsu provinces during 1992-1998.
They abducted women in the guise of offering them job or business opportunities and then sold the women for 1,500-4,000 yuan per person.
The other 14 members of the criminal gang have also been punished by law.
