India Test-fires Intermediate Missile
India
successfully test-fired its longer range version of Agni intermediate range ballistic missile Wednesday from Wheeler Island off east Orissa coast, the Press Trust of India (PTI) reported.
The missile, named Agni-III, was test-fired at 10:11 a.m. local time (0511 GMT), the agency quoted official sources as saying.
