EU Countries Move to Open Diplomatic Ties With DPRK

European Union (EU) member countries will step up efforts to improve relations with DPRK, as Belgium is set to become the latest EU member to open diplomatic ties with Pyongyang, European diplomats said Tuesday.

''We are finalizing a Memorandum of Understanding. We hope to be able to sign it very soon,'' a Belgian government official told the press.
