Harbin Sees Record Low Temperature

Party School Holds Graduation Ceremony

The Party School of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee held its winter term graduation ceremony Friday. The number of graduates was 848. Vice Premier Li Lanqing, who is also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, presented diplomas to the graduates.
