Two Chinese companies are to make initial public offerings (IPOs) before listing on the

Stock Exchange, according to their prospectuses seen Thursday.
The
Sichuan
Dikang Sci & Tech Pharmaceutical Industry Co., Ltd. based in Chengdu in southwest China will issue 50 million A shares at 10.25 yuan per share.
The
Henan
Pinggao Electric Co., Ltd., a high-voltage switch producer based in Pingdingshan in central China's Henan Province will issue 60 million A shares at 12.45 yuan per share.
