IUOL Wins National Call-Center Service License

The International United Online Limited (IUOL), one of the earliest nationwide ISPs in China, has recently been licensed to operate a national call-center service.

With the approval of the Ministry of Information Industry, IUOL will build a voice information platform to provide such IP network-based voice information services as web call center, 800 call center, IP voice mail, and web-video telephone.

The new, high quality and efficient value-added network telecom service is expected to start within the next few months, said Wu Xin, a renowned network telecom expert and also spokesman with IUOL.
