China's First E-Learning Pact Signed

A dozen local companies signed an agreement with the 12learn Softtech (Shanghai) for E-Learning, an online training program for their staff.

It is the first time that local enterprises have joined E- Learning, though it has proven popular in developed nations.

The 12learn Softtech (Shanghai), which has its headquarters in Singapore, is the first E-Learning training school in Asia.

Most of the companies that signed the pact with the E-Learning school are foreign-funded enterprises.

Local state-owned companies and private firms are potential clients for the E-Learning training program.
