Chinese Folk Music to Renew Hit to Vienna

The China Radio Nationalities Orchestra, that once had its "China Folk Music Concert of Spring Festival in Dragon Year" successfully held in the Golden Hall of Vienna, left Beijing for Austria on January 4, to renew its music hit "China Folk Music Symphonic Concert in New Century" once more.

At the concert over hundred of musicians will present a series of Chinese folk music pieces, such as "Moonlit Night", "Flowers and Moonlit Night on the Spring River", "Grazing Donkeys", and famous Western music pieces like "Blue Danube".

The performance, scheduled on January 7, is to be broadcast live to more than 100 countries through communication satellites by CCTV during the Spring Festival holidays.
