Referring to the development of bilateral relations between DPRK and China and Russia and the establishment of diplomatic relations between the DPRK and members of the European Union, the article said that this does not mean any change in the DPRK's ideology and system, but proves the validity and vitality of the idea of the foreign policy of the DPRK.
