Xingye-Liujing Section of Nanning-Guangzhou Expressway under ConstructionAs learned from Nanning, the construction of Xingye-Liujing Section of the Nanning-Guangzhou expressway has been formally set off on December 29.With an investment totaling RMB 2.344 bn yuan, the project will be completed within a timeframe of three years. The Nanning-Guangzhou expressway, leading from Nanning eastwards via Wuzhou to end in Guangzhou and to reach Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan Provinces in the west via Bose, is a thoroughfare bridging those provinces up with Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao SARs. It is also an important passage connecting the south China and southwest China, a traffic hinge linking up the underdeveloped areas in the southwest to the developed areas in the Pearl River Delta.
