China Northern Airlines to Add More Flights for Spring Festival

China Northern Airlines is to add more than 1600 flights in the coming 40 days lasting from January 9 to February 17.

At the airport of Shenyang, capital of northeast China's Liaoning Province, the flights added will mainly fly to Beijing, Wenzhou, Kunming, Haikou, Fuzhou, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. In addition, a few chartered flights to Shantou, Kunming, Bangkok and Singapore has been planned.

Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang Province, will also see more added flights, most of which will fly to south China cities, such as Kunming, Sanya, Fuzhou, and Guangzhou.

The flights added will bring much more convenience to the people who want to go traveling in the coming Spring Festival.

Most of the large airlines usually run more flights during the festivals each year.
