Gong to Meet Martin in Badminton Final

Following the Sydney Olympics showdown, Chinese Gong Zhichao will meet defending champion Camilla Martin again in the women's final at Gobenhagen Badminton Masters.

Gong, who entered the final by finishing first at Group One, beat Martin for China's first Olympic title in women's singles in September.

Martin booked the final berth by powering past Chinese Pi Hongyan in straight sets at her last match of Group two.

Chen Hong of China failed to enter the men's final after losing to Anders Boesen of Denmark 0:7, 7:0, 1:7, 4:7.

Boesen will take on compatriot Peter Gade who eliminated Yong Hock Kin of Malaysia in straight sets for the final berth.
